Returns & Refunds policy
At Oomi - Matcha & Coffee, we take pride in the quality and freshness of our food and beverages. We aim to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition. Please read our refund and returns policy below:
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for returns:
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please note the following:
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within [24–48 hours] of delivery with your order details and a photo of the product
Refunds:
Refunds may be issued in the following cases:
You received the wrong item.
Your order arrived damaged or unsafe for consumption.
Your order was not delivered.
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within [7–10 working days] once approved.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled delivery/pickup time.
Once food preparation has begun, cancellations cannot be accepted.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
